Welcome to Kidzdent Children's Dental Care

Our mission is to provide each and every child, who joins our practice, with a lifetime of healthy and happy smiles. Your child’s smile is meant to last a lifetime and here at Kidzdent Children’s Dental Care, we will provide you and your child with the knowledge and expertise to guide them through this journey. Our unique approach to caring for children, in a sensitive and compassionate atmosphere, will prove to be an experience that benefits your child for years to come.

We have enclosed the following for your convenience:

• An appointment card
• Directions to our office
• An informative brochure
• A two-side registration and health history form

Please complete the registration form and bring it with you to your child’s first visit. As a parent, you must be aware that we are reserving special time for you and your child at this first visit. If you cannot attend this meeting, for whatever reason, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This policy enables our office to offer this appointment to another child that is in need of treatment.

We will call several days prior to your appointment to reconfirm the date and time. Once again, welcome to our world of Sparkling Smiles. We all look forward to a lifetime of healthy relationships.
